Slatted timber shelves

Softwood sections & wooden dowels, first installed spring 2007

These shelves were first developed using spare softwood sections as a wood rack in a temporary workshop space & were later improved / adapted to be used as general storage when I took on a joint lease on a studio in South London. Loosely based on the Spur shelving system, the three main components of wall uprights, brackets & shelves can be made simply & quickly using a small amount of timber with a limited number of processes required.
